"Nice restaurant serving a good range of food. They have 3 daily set meals (each day is different) which is good value for money. The best thing is their daily soup, which was really delicious. It's a fairly large restaurant by local standards, and we were able to get seats during both our visits, without having to share tables."

"Went there three times, once for take out at night and twice for breakfast. Tomato macaroni soup was great! I normally can’t really eat in the morning but this breakfast was really light and good. Scrambled eggs were so creamy and buttery I tried their lemon tea which was amazing cause it’s not lemon “flavored” tea, it’s tea with actual lemon. Super refreshing. Coffee milk tea mix was also great"

"Cheap and good Chinese food in Mongkok. Their bakery has very yummy coconut tart and pineapple bun. This coconut tart is the best I've ever had in Hong Kong. The tarts crust is incredibly thin and crispy, the coconut filling is fragrant, buttery, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness, melting in your mouth. 10/10 coconut tart, I'm absolutely in love!"

"As the saying goes, “eat where the locals eat”, Kai Kee is definitely a must-try if you are around Mongkok! We enjoyed their breakfast sets, especially the freshly baked breads. The pineapple bun was the standout, my personal favorite! Highly recommend stopping by if you want an authentic local breakfast experience."

"We stumbled across this bakery while travelling HongKong and we came back every morning during our stay! The lady is so lovely and the food is incredible. The stand outs were the pork bun, chicken pie and the Mexico custard bun. So so yummy we will be back when we visit HongKong again! We tried as many things as we as could and every item is amazing"

"Busy restaurant buzzing with locals but with a lot of choices from breakfast to dinner selections. 1st time: Server was impatient but understandable. Our hainanese chicken was like rubber, but would like to go back and try out their other food. 2nd time: better food and service."

"Incredible pineapple bun with butter $13 HKD. Huge bakery buns. And unique mochi balls, 2 for $10 HKD. Would definitely try the other dishes and sit down for the food dishes. Thank you for the great dessert!"
